"The task needed someone to understand the framework of Joomla 1.5 CMS, php, mysql and the essentials of configuring a site with Joomla, shantu_bd was very much skilled in this area. However his real talent showed when he was needed to create the screencast using camtasia studio 6 which he had no prior experience of. I was using it for years and shantu_bd in a matter of a 1 week or so had really got his head round the tool. Screencast were excellent and whenever I needed changes he prompt and efficient. The filesize for screencast are large and take up bandwidth the load, for a 3rd world country cost, upload speed, resilience are all a factor but none of these was a hindrance for shantu_bd. He delivered the work with patience and deliberation. Excellent qualities and attitude for a worker, a real go getter. Will be working very soon with him. "
